Your fixture type and placement often determines your heading type, so it’s good to consider carefully. Do you want to reduce light seeping in? Or are you looking to create the illusion of more space or height?
Rachel offers all styles of bespoke curtains for various spaces – even the awkward ones. And she’ll guide you through what will work best to achieve the results you want.

Lining types
Rachel will happily talk you through lining options, their benefits and how that translates as the finished look – from blackout or insulating to interlining or statement lining.
Header types
Everything’s possible, such as traditional, deep, pencil pleat, double pleat (French pleat), triple pleat, goblet, box pleat, tab top, and the on-trend flop–top and ruffle–top headers.
Fixtures
Poles, tracks, rings, hooks and tie backs – leave it to Rachel. Using respected brands that stand for quality, Diorazio Design sources from Silent Gliss, Neo and Integra.

How does it work? It’s easy as 1, 2, 3.

Free measure and quote
No-obligation initial quotation based on your measurements. At a later date, Rachel will do a free home visit to check measure and discuss design details. Rachel is always happy to offer advice and guidance to help solve problems and visualise what you have in mind.
2.
Creating your bespoke handmade curtains
Rachel will advise on timings, then will set to work sewing, and finishing by hand. She will source the fabric, unless you wish to use your own, as well as fittings and fixtures.
Communication is key and so, Rachel will keep you informed if anything unforeseen should arise.
3.
Fitting and hanging
Delivery and curtain hanging is free. In addition, Rachel can come with her drill and toolbox to install your pole or track – price on request. This final part of the process is done with the same precision and care that goes into making the curtains themselves.
Rachel will then email you with the invoice for payment.
